Townhomes are known for; lacking of green area, narrow parking space, boring repeat facade. Can we solve these problems with design? By diversifying the facade forms to replicate nature engineering, the facade appears in random-nature-like engineering. However, rather than randomness, we carefully planted an idea of privacy in the facade design. All house’s windows are facing in the same direction, avoiding privacy disturbance from the opposite house like in other town home developments. Plantation is optional and could possibly add the flower bed on the facade elements. In-town, where the green area is limited, once we enter the project area, we can feel like diving into nature just from the driveway.
